Our chiropractors have completed complete a 4 year full time degree in Chiropractic at an accredited University. They then completed one year post graduation training after which they earn the professional title Doctor of Chiropractic. Following this, a Chiropractor is required to complete continual professional development (CPD) throughout each year in practice.
Our chiropractors have undergone in depth training as part of their degree in many areas. These areas include General Diagnosis, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Chiropractic Assessment, Radiography and radiology (x-ray taking and reading), Postural assessment, Chiropractic Spinal Adjustive/Manipulative techniques, Soft tissue techniques (muscle stretching/ strengthening), Nutrition, Exercise prescription, Sports rehabilitation, Ergonomic and Postural advice.
Many people throughout the World visit Chiropractors. Chiropractors see a wide variety of patients of all ages and sizes.
Housewives, plumbers, office workers, dentists all the way through to professional athletes benefit from Chiropractic care. Incredible athletes including Usain Bolt, Evander Holyfield and Tiger Woods utilise Chiropractic to stay at the top of their game.
Every journey must start with a single step. The first goal in any treatment plan is pain relief. Our aim is to relieve your pain as quickly as possible. Once you are pain free, you will want to stay this way. However, pain relief is not an indication that the underlying problem is fixed. This is where the second and third phases of the treatment plan are crucial.

Every fitness plan takes time, as does improving the strength and flexibility of an area. The second step aims to improve joint integrity and function, the underlying cause of the problem is addressed with an emphasis on increasing stability and the function of the area.
The third step helps to prevent the return of your condition and helps you deal with the stressful demands you place on your body whether it is through your work, exercise or lifestyle in general.
